Presented at Taiwan Designers’ Week Exhibition in Taipei  /  2012

In these objects, I wanted to communicate a sense of mass, both visually and physically as you pick them up.  They are both massive and thin at the same time.  One adapts to the shape of the other.  They are made of hard maple.

Isaac was born in Taiwan and grew up in Canada, where he studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of British Columbia. 
He recieved his MFA in 3D Design from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2010, and has since been living and working in New York as part of Antenna Design.
Through his work, Isaac wants to create an awareness between the user and the object that is joyful, familiar and understood.
